Summary

Feyre survived Amarantha's clutches to return to the Spring Court—but at a steep cost. Though she now has the powers of the High Fae, her heart remains human, and it can't forget the terrible deeds she performed to save Tamlin's people. Nor has Feyre forgotten her bargain with Rhysand, High Lord of the feared Night Court. As Feyre navigates its dark web of politics, passion, and dazzling power, a greater evil looms—and she might be key to stopping it. But only if she can harness her harrowing gifts, heal her fractured soul, and decide how she wishes to shape her future—and the future of a world cleaved in two.

Discussion

- I rated this book 4 coffee cups because I loved every darn moment of it! So much so that it's my second favorite book!

-Obviously for my favorite character I had to pick Rhysand! He's so bad-ass, confident and I love how he genuinely cares about Feyre unlike others whom shall not be named (not yet at least)!

- Oh Tamlin this one is for you! I really hated Tamlin in this book! He made me want to scream my head off due to his stupidity. Feyre is literally disintegrating in front of his eyes and suffering in silence while he goes about on his merry way.

-My favorite part had to have been when Rhysand shows up at Feyre's wedding to "call in his bargain." I did a happy dance because at this point (well really since we met him) I loved him. It was also super awesome to see her get away from Tamlin!

-My least favorite part would have to be when Feyre goes back with Tamlin at the end of the book. I didn't want to see her part ways with Rhysand or her new family. Plus Tamlin is down right EVIL!

-Most memorable quote:

"I knew that you were my mate, and had destroyed yourself to save him, and that... that I didn't care. If you were going to die, I was going to die with you."

Final thoughts

-This book is AMAZING! If you haven't picked it up (insert crying face here) I need you to get in your car, truck, bike, whatever mode of transportation you have and get this book! I promise you will not regret it!
